I'm sure we can all think of ways to make some money that are not quite the right side of the law, but let's be honest for once, and look at ways to make money legally!
1: Medical research - not for the squeamish, but research into new drugs and products needs to be done, and on humans, too! Popular with students, these schemes can be as simple as taking a few pills and listing the side effects - if any - and they pay very well. Don't worry - few people die as a result!
2: Sell something you don't need - do you ever use that bread making machine? Or what about the knitting machine that is under y our bed? How about that dress or suit you bought but regretted, and where are those unopened presents from last Christmas?
We all have stuff that we don't need, and what better idea than to sell it? It's easy with the likes of eBay and, believe me, people will buy anything! A tip you may want to remember - people pay more online than at a garage sale.
3: Take parts in online surveys - there are loads of these around and, despite what you may have heard, they do pay. Ok, so you have to do a few to bring in a sensible amount, but what's the harm in filling in some of these while you watch the television? Some bring added incentives that see you entered in a competition - I won an Xbox on one of these!
