One of the most proven and effective marketing online is to do article marketing. Most experts are advocating that if you are new to internet marketing, then article marketing is probably one of the most simple and cost effective way to get traffic to your website. 2. Research what they're want, what they are hungry for - find out what really makes them tick, what information or products they are desperate for.

3. Find an affiliate product from Clickbank.com, Commission Junction , Linkshare or other affiliate programs that is a perfect match (or you could create one yourself but it's more work and then more risky) If you can not find any affiliate products in the traditional marketplace, you can type into Google Search "XXX affiliate" to search and locate if there is any.

Once you have identified your niche you want to be in, it's time to start planning for the articles you are going to write. The next step involves doing keyword research on what your niche market is looking for online.
